On Saturday, April 18, Mom It Forward and 12 for 12K events took place all over the US, in Canada, and in Australia to raise funds and awareness for Yehu Microfinance, BasaBody, and Coast Coconut Farms. The goal? To combat poverty by empowering poor rural entrepreneurs in Kenya to help lift themselves out of poverty through enhanced accessibility to sustainable financial services, business opportunities, and skills training.

A fun evening was had by all as we shared stories and laughter over wine, water and lots of yummy snacks. A good time was had by all and we were able to raise a good amount of money for the cause. Below are images of the event.
